Born and brought up at Kolkata city in India. He completed master degree in science (M.SC) and language (M.A). He also completed Bachelor degree in education (B.ED) and is attached to a secondary school as a science teacher.
He loves music and also art & culture. He completed certificate & diploma course in photography. He loves photography as a hobby but he realised that photography became a passion when he spends so many hours in darkroom. He tried to work in a particular subject. His “experiment on pre-exposed B/w photo paper” is excellent and an exclusive creation submitted in various international salons and awarded. It was also appreciated by FIAP Board and in 2011.
His work on “abstract form” which is appreciated as a fine art in all exhibitions where it was submitted. He received most coveted and prestigious distinction MFIAP (Master of FIAP, Paris.) in2013. He received FFIP (Fellow Federation of Indian photography). He organised various group shows and six solo exhibitions “Beyond the lens” in prestigious galleries in India.
He submitted a paper “photography is a medium of fine art” in 9th international photographic conference 2011 and ‘‘Abstract form of faces” in 2014 and “My views on abstract photography’’ in 2017. Org. by photographic association of DumDum(PAD)& Birla industrial and technological museum( BITM).
Presentation in FIP Convention “Abstract form of faces” at Banaras 2014 and “Evolution of my views from conceptual to abstract form” at kaziranga 2018. He will be devoted to establish photography as a strong fine art medium in future.
